This Privacy Policy describes how In Crescendo SRL ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of Stockery ("the App"), a Shopify application that helps merchants automatically hide out-of-stock products, push them down in collections, and sort collections by various criteria.

This policy applies to merchants who install and use the App on their Shopify stores. By installing and using Stockery, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

3.1 Merchant Information

When you install Stockery, we collect and access the following information from your Shopify store:

Store information: Shop name, shop domain, Shopify plan, timezone, currency, and primary locale
Merchant contact information: Name and email address of the store owner
Product data: Product titles, inventory levels, product status, tags, vendors, product types, and collection assignments
Collection data: Collection names, product positions within collections, and collection settings

3.2 Information We Do NOT Collect

Stockery does not collect, access, or process:

Customer personal information (names, emails, addresses)
Order or transaction data
Payment information
Customer browsing behavior

4. How We Use Data

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

5.1 Hosting Location

All data is stored on servers provided by DigitalOcean, located in the European Union. This ensures compliance with EU data protection regulations.

Secure authentication via Shopify OAuth
Regular security updates and monitoring
Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

7.1 Active Installations

While Stockery is installed on your store, we retain data necessary for the App to function properly.

7.2 After Uninstallation

When you uninstall Stockery:

Immediate deletion: Sensitive store data (product data, collection data) is deleted immediately upon uninstallation
Retained data: Basic merchant information (store name, email) may be retained for up to 3 years as permitted under GDPR for legitimate business purposes (e.g., legal compliance, fraud prevention)

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
